Water & Sewers
The City has its own water source, treatment plant, and operates the distribution system. Residential water meters are read quarterly.
To initiate or discontinue water service, complete the forms below or call 757-220-6188. Payment can be made by mail, in person, through an automatic monthly payment (ACH), or pay online at our e-Government page.

Internet and Cable TV
Cox is a preferred Internet and Cable provider at Claiborne. Call the Cox representative at 757-418-4910.
Garbage Collection and Recycling
The garbage collecting and recycling are performed by the City of Williamsburg on Mondays for FREE. The garbage is picked every Monday and recycling is collected every other Monday. HOA Fees
The HOA Fees can be paid through TownSquare. You will need an account number to set up you account.
