Associa Community Group manages the day-to-day business of the community, including vendor supervision, management of collections and disbursements, preparation and refinement (along with the board) of budgets, financial reporting and maintenance of accounting records. They work with the board of directors, coordinate association meetings, administer insurance policies and claims, and advise the board on many areas of running community associations. They make regular inspections of the community to assess maintenance needs and bid out and contract for maintenance. They also look for ways to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
